This nutritional unicorn starts as a flake and ends up a melted nutty, creamy, cheese-resembling taste of magicalness.

The name of this nutritional unicorn is not the most appetizing name but what’s best is this yeast is deactivated. Unlike bakers yeast, this flakey goddess will encourage the delivery of nutrients to our cells and has zero ability to grow, expand, or ferment in our belly’s.  Nutritional yeast is harvested, washed and then dried with heat.

 

LOVE NOTE: The heat used to produce this nutritious unicorn enables the yeast to continue to grow = Deactivated.

 

Once this protein packed yeast goes through its heat treatment, it is crumbled into its flakey self, enabling us to sprinkle-with-ease onto trillions of eats, such as:
