2 cups lovely dried cranberries | soak* for 1 to 24hours
4 dates | pitted | soak with the cranberries
1 cup heartful hemp seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
sprinkle of sea salt
Method Of Love
- Strain the water logged cranberries and dates and plump them into your blender**.
- Add the rest of the nutritious ingredients and blend on high. Little nuggets of unblended jam is welcome!
* When soaking be sure to use filtered water and be sure the water covers the lovely ingredients.
** Use blender or food processor.
