Wonderfully warming snack for a tight bod! Nuts n' PB Mix is delicious by the handful, delightful when sprinkled onto a small serving of greek yogurt, dynamite if served with steamy oatmeal, and just a high-smile response when given as a gift of health to fellow co-workers or friends of the heart.

2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 cup almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup cocoa nibs
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter or almond butter
1 1/2 Tbsp EVOO
Sprinkles of sea salt | To taste

Method Of Love

  1. Preheat oven 375F-400F. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Pour all nuts, seeds and nibs into large bowl. Leave out the cranberries until end!

  3. In separate tiny bowl mix your wet ingredients plus cinnamon.

  4. Pour wet mix over you large bowl of nuts. 5. Mix well until all ingredients smother each other. Love note: You still have not put your cranberries into the mix.

  5. Spread your PB covered nuts and seeds evenly over your parchment paper covered baking sheet.

  6. Place in oven for roasting. 15-18 minutes.

  7. Remove from oven and let cool for solid 15 minutes or more. Pour your new Nuts n' PB Warming Mix into mason jars, shaking in the cranberries for that sweet cherry on top finish.
