Meatballs of Power

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 huge leaf of chard
3 branches of celery | grated
1/2 red onion
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 2 cloves of garlic I just ran out while conceiving this recipe
1 Tbs nutritional yeast
1/3 cup hemp seeds
1 cup chopped almonds

Method Of Love

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

  2. Combine every single ingredient into a large bowl and stir it up into one big juicy tossed mess.

  3. Plop the most richest glob of uncooked mix onto a cookie sheet laced with parchment paper.

  4. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Serve with spaghetti squash, salad, cold Loaded Chicken balls with hummus, on their own or share with me how you choose to share your balls.
