Cashew Hummus



3 cups raw cashews | soak* for at least two hours
2/3 cup raw cashew nut butter
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 filtered water
2 tsp tamari
1 medium clove garlic
13 lucky turns of sea salt shaker | to taste
1 tsp ground cumin
smidge of ground cayenne pepper

Method Of Love

  1. Drain and rinse the soaked-to-the-core-cashews and add them to your blender**.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to your blender and blend on high speed until your hummus is thick and smooth to desired consistency.

*When soaking be sure to use filtered water and be sure the water covers the lovely ingredients.
**Use blender or food processor.
