No-Bake Apple Pie



½ cup cashews
1 cup almonds
½ cup sunflower seeds
4 TBS maple syrup
1 TBS vanilla extract
1 TBS filtered water | if needed
6 medium apples
½ cup pitted dates
½ cup dried cranberries
1 lemon
2 tsp cinnamon
2 TBS chia seeds
smidge of sea salt

Method Of Love

1. Grind cashews, almonds, and sunflower seeds together in a blender. Combine nut/seed mixture with vanilla, agave, and water [optional for consistency] and pack into a pie plate to form crust.

2. Core and thinly slice apples, then add one cup of the sliced apples to the dates, lemon juice, 1.4 cup cranberries, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds and process into a blender.

3. Combine this with the rest of the sliced apples and cranberries then use this to fill the pie shell. Let rest for 30 minutes in a refrigerator.
